Todd Kerska is Executive Vice President and Cashier. His responsibilities are broad and include overseeing operations and treasury management services. Todd is a graduate of Upper Iowa University and has 25 years of banking experience. He also completed the Graduate School of Banking in Operations and Technology at Vanderbilt University, Iowa Bankers Association Compliance School, Integrity Integrated Leadership Development Program, and Slingshot 25’s “The Change Course.” He previously served as Chief Financial Officer for eight years at Guaranty Bank prior to its merge with CRBT in 2017.

Todd is active throughout the community. He currently serves as Treasurer and Past President of the Board of Directors for Tanager, as well as a Vice President of the Board of Directors for SPT Theatre. He previously served as Treasurer for Cedar Rapids Library Foundation Board and the Wheelchair Ramp Accessibility Program.

As Treasury Management Relationship Manager, Zach serves as a partner for our business clients, working closely with them to ensure their banking services meet their daily needs and evolve to accommodate growth and change. Zach is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and has 16 years of banking experience. He also graduated from the Iowa School of Banking and now serves on the Iowa Bankers Association ISB Advisory Board. Zach is active in the community as a volunteer for the Northeast Iowa Food Bank and Americans For Independent Living Exchange Club of Waterloo.

Amanda Opfer serves as First Vice President of Treasury Management and has been with Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust since 2010. She helps drive new treasury management business to provide new and existing clients with comprehensive solutions for their business needs. Amanda is recognized as an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), an elite group of highly-skilled professionals who are known for their electronic payments expertise and who have a strong competitive edge in functioning as effective partners in their business and financial arenas. Amanda received her B.A. from Wartburg College and is a graduate of the Iowa School of Banking.

Amanda is actively involved in the community serving as Chair for the Four Oaks Emerging Advocacy Council and the Four Oaks Finance Committee. She also serves as board President at the United Parish Church of Coggon.

Recognized for her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to service, Pauline is a trusted advisor to her clients.

Beyond her professional role, Pauline demonstrates a deep commitment to community leadership. She volunteers with local nonprofits, chairs the Medical SSMID Commission and was recently appointed to the City of Cedar Rapids’ 2025 Long Term Planning Commission. Her dedication reflects a passion for creating meaningful impact both in banking and in the community.
