As Senior Vice President, Trust Officer for Community Bank & Trust, Pam works closely with her clients to provide investment services for IRAs, investment agency accounts, trust accounts, and estates. Prior to joining CBT, Pam served as Vice President, Senior Trust Officer for another financial institution. With over 35 years of experience in trust and financial services, she is able to utilize her extensive knowledge of Wealth Management services to help her clients. Whether it’s financial planning, estate planning, reviewing investments, or developing investment strategies, Pam is committed to providing personalized service to help her clients meet their unique goals. Pam graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business from Upper Iowa University.

Austin joined CBT in 2020 as a Community Banker while finishing his Finance Degree at the University of Northern Iowa. Recently a graduate, he is now furthering his career path with CBT as our Wealth Management Assistant, helping our Trust Officers with their day-to-day tasks. Austin grew up in Dyersville, IA, he enjoys watching sports and boating with friends and family.

Kevin serves as Executive Vice President of Wealth Management for Community Bank & Trust, where he has led the Wealth Management team since joining in 2010. His vast credentials include Chartered Financial Planner (CFP®), Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA), and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA). With nearly 30 years of experience in financial planning, investments, and trust administration, Kevin is able to utilize his extensive knowledge of Wealth Management services to help his clients prepare for the future with confidence. Whether a client’s goals are to see the world, give back to the community, or to provide their family with financial security, Kevin’s approach of dedicated personal service and expertise can help customize a comprehensive asset and investment management plan to suit any client’s needs.

As Director of Wealth Portfolio Management for Community Bank & Trust, Andrew is responsible for overseeing the investment group within the Trust and Investment Consulting teams. In addition to this, he is responsible for managing client investment portfolios. As part of ongoing portfolio management, he is responsible for tactical asset allocation changes, economic research, and individual security analysis. The investment team customizes these strategies to match the specific goals of each client. Andrew received his bachelors degree from Augustana College and his MBA from Western Illinois University. In 2019, he earned his designation as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Andrew is actively involved in the community. He currently serves on the MEDCO board. He can also be seen volunteering his time as a youth sports coach and at Kirkwood's financial literacy fair.

Laurel serves as Planning Solutions Specialist with over 15 years of experience in the banking industry. She has extensive knowledge on a variety of financial planning concepts to assist clients with longer term goals. As a Registered Social Security Analyst, she has in-depth understanding of this complex system and can help clients work through the numerous rules to help maximize this benefit. She also specializes in the numerous retirement plans which the bank serves.

As a trust investment officer for Community Bank & Trust, Grant works with clients by managing their investment portfolios. In his role, he oversees day-to-day portfolio activity, executes trades, and researches current and prospective stocks, mutual funds, and bonds. Grant combines this approach with personalized service to ensure each portfolio aligns with the client’s financial goals. Grant received his bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from the University of Iowa. He joined Community Bank & Trust in 2025 with 5 years of banking experience.

Grant enjoys serving the community as a classroom volunteer through Junior Achievement.

Debbie has over 40 years of banking experience and has been with Community Bank & Trust since 2000. She joined the Wealth Management & Trust Department team in 2013. Debbie assists the trust officers with the daily tasks of the department and provides assistance with the retirement benefit plans.
